The bad guys?

This is a first look at the tougher enemies of the game. More to come in another post with the most common enemies in the game, but for now, these deadly bugs make up the elite forces, some even having their own style of combat.....

But what are enemies without a leader? Well look no further as here we have the leader himself, everyone meet: The Usurper

Clad is a bit more armour and more of a suit than infused to chitin, this guy needs it. It's hard being a male in the insect world....even if you are space insects!

Now, it's time, last, but certainly not least, meet the player character, Raven, in a full rendition, instead of just sprite work:

In all that power armour and arm cannon glory! There are even a couple of grenades there....I wonder what they could be for?

Anyway, that's it for this quick post for today. Trust me when I say, I have been picking away at this project. My goal is to have it out this year.....but we'll see! Enjoy the art work, and feel free to let me know what you think of them down in the comments, I really do read every single one!
